A tribute to Rajesh Khanna - the king of romance.

Romantic cinemas in India were since forever, and actors like Dev Anand, Dileep Kumar were established as some of the best romantic actors. But none of them gave romance a new height of fun, energy and sensuality like Rajesh Khanna. His charm onscreen and off screen was so enchanting that screaming women used to line the streets as he drove by, his car would have to be cleaned of lipstick marks every morning, countless female fans "married" photographs of him, applying sindoor with their own blood, and there were threats of suicide when he married the 16 year old Dimple Kapadia .
Here is Rajesh Khanna giving his inspiring speech to the youth of Indian Film Academy where he told that there is no alternative to hardwork and patience.
The one who taught not only how to live, but also how to die gracefully. The legendary role of 'Anand' was Kaka's real life story. He lived a large life and proved that "It doesn't matter how long your life is, but how large it is."
We had wished dear beloved Kaka a happy birthday and wished for our fortune to keep seeing him for a very long time through this post. But, our wishes were left unfulfilled and he was snatched away from all of his loving fans.
