This song was composed by R. D. Burman and to many's astonishment this song marks the landmark of a new concept introduced in the domain of music. R. D. Burman successfully introduced mixing and overlapping before it was actually established with better instruments. He recorded Lataji's voice without the disc eraser and then re-recorded aalap in Lataji's voice on the same disc .
