Its a story of a women-hating writer who rescues a unconscious young woman thrown from a speeding car.When she regains consciousness, she claims to be the writer's wife.The doctor asks the writer to humour her until her identity is known.In the process, he falls in love with her mystic smile, her innocent look and her lively face.As her name was unknown ,so he calls her Anamika which means "without a name".
      Just as he is falling in love, he finds out clues about her past. Unravelling her mystery, he finds different names of Anamika. She unexpectedly leaves him. The writer then meets her in a party and the mystery deepens when he finds out who she really is.
       The movie is worth a watch .Jaya Bhaduri is enchanting with her guileless mannerism and the innocent naughty romantic moments makes the movie lively.The music is ear-soothing .It has the memorable Kishore Da's song "Meri Bheegi Bheegi si..." with wonderful lyrics along , Asha Bhonsle's "Logo na maro isse" ,"Aaj ki raat.." and The Nightingale ,Lata Mangeshkar's "Bahon me chale aao..".
